Sunday Services
“He is the one you praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes.” Deuteronomy 10:21
We gather as a family of families under the same roof every Sundays for the lively Praise, Worship, Thanksgiving and Word of God.
Calvary Worship
“O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together” Psalm 34:3
Worship brings down the presence of God. It stands as an instrument connecting people to God. Those gifted and has a desire to Worship God through their talents are called out for this ministry. They gather, pray and practice every week in order to serve Him efficiently and witness the signs and wonders of God amidst His people.
Prayer Ministry
J – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” Philippians 4:6
Prayer is simply a heartfelt conversation between God and his child. It is a natural expression of our relationship with God. We let the conversation begin. We believe that when a person is individually connected to God, there is more power when he comes together with the family of families to stand firm and intercede for city, state and nations for the kingdom of God to be established. We believe in a saying that goes like;”A church that prays together stays together!”. In different seasons, we have various prayers that are rigorously happening throughout the year such as Esther Prayer, Nehemiah Prayer, Daniel Prayer, Jabez prayer. We encourage our believers to join various kinds of prayers.
We are continuously witnessing the result of prayer being answered in our nations.
Calvary Kids
“And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me. But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea” Matthew 18:5-6
Cherubic, our children’s church has about 70 plus children. Apart from a weekly dose of fun, we strive to input the love of God into the hearts of our kids through our programs. Apart from saving the knowledge of the Lord, the children also have been trained to sow in the lives of deserving kids of their own age group. Every year, Scripture Camps are conducted to reach out to other kids.
Calvary Teens
“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” Proverbs 22:6
All teens go through phases — the need for independence, a separate identity, testing authority. It’s part of growing up. We deal with these issues and help them overcome their difficulty. They tend to drift away through these issues. Value added teaching topics are discussed to make them grow strong and be rooted in the word of God. Yearly thrice “Retreats” and “Parent Meets” are conducted to gauge their spiritual status.
Calvary Youths
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity” 1 Timothy 4:12
We all know that India is now called a young nation because 75% of the nation is under the age 35. But they seem to be very active out in the world than inside the church. They fall under the age group 18-27 and can be easily influenced, either they hold on to God or to the world.We aim to help them through weekly life groups and monthly meetings and make them successful.
Lighthouses
“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing” 1 Thessalonians 5:11
The women are the strong pillars of every family in our Church. They gather every week along with other women in their neighborhoods to pray and intercede for a revival in the Church, City, State and Nation. They serve as lighthouses to their friends and relatives in that locality.
Life Groups
“…and the two will become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” Mark 10:8-9
We strongly believe church is a family of families. We understand marriages are the foundation in any family. Keeping this in mind, more importance is given to families. Young and Middle aged couples gather every fortnight to learn, pray and share together. This activates the early church bonding in them. Not only their marriages are strengthened, but they also are able to individually identify their calling in life. Topics like accepting each other, giving time and encouraging each other are covered for the young and newly married couples, and topics like managing marriages along with parenting for the parenting couples.
Television Ministry
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” Matthew 28:19-20
Being in this era of technology, we step forward in fulfilling the great commission through the telecast on televisions that reaches numerous souls inside their home.The word of God ministers the people and they call us in faith for prayer requests and testify the Goodness of God in their lives through this ministry. Our Intercessors are dedicated to pray for the needs of people.
